My wife and I have purchased and sold quite a few homes in Southern California over the years. During our recent purchase, we really appreciated Nura’s knowledge of South Orange County real estate and her skills during the finance, negotiation and inspection phases of our purchase. Perhaps the best opportunity for any professional to shine occurs when unforeseen problems arise -- and Nura certainly did shine during our unforeseen issue.

During our purchase, we had decided to finance through the bank that we had been with for over 40 years. Unfortunately, the loan officer we had was one of the worst. This was Nura’s opportunity to shine. She was there for us coordinating with and educating the loan officer as well as holding the deal together with the seller and seller’s agent. (She even offered her own loan officer contact as a backup in case things really went wrong.) As if all of this was not complicated enough, we also had a long vacation in Europe during this time.
